Our ApoloSign calendar does not support web browsing.
However, if you use another calendar (such as Google Calendar) synchronized with the ApoloSign calendar, you can view the schedule you set on the ApoloSign device by checking the web version of that synchronized calendar (e.g., Google Calendar).
Two-way sync is only supported with Apolosign Calendar and Google Calendar.
If you add events using other calendar apps (such as Outlook, Apple Calendar, or third-party apps), they will not sync back to the device because those services don’t allow real-time two-way updates through URL imports. For full two-way syncing, please use Apolosign Calendar or Google Calendar.
Yes! The ApoloSign digital calendar is designed for wall mounting and comes with a mounting bracket for easy installation.
However, once the device is attached to the wall, it cannot be rotated between landscape and portrait modes. You will need to adjust the mounting position during installation to select your preferred orientation.
Yes, the package includes a power cable.
The device needs to be plugged in to work — it does not have a built-in battery.
Please check if the font size is set too large. When following the steps shown in the image, a button should appear in the lower-right corner. If you zoomed in on the screen in the previous step, it may be obscuring the button and preventing you from continuing. We recommend returning to the previous step and trying again.
Thank you for your patience. We're working hard to improve our system and will release an update soon to resolve this issue.
Due to Google's privacy and security restrictions, your Workspace account must be password-protected before use. Please follow these steps:
1.Open Settings
2.Select Security & Privacy
3.Tap Set Screen Lock
4.Create a device password
After completing these steps, your Workspace email and calendar should work normally.
Log out and sign in again to select the correct country/region.
Logout steps: Open the Apolosign app → tap the top-left menu → Settings → tap your profile → Delete User → Delete.
The Apolosign Launcher widget pulls events from both the Apolosign Calendar and your Google Calendar.
If you are logged into both calendars at the same time, your events may appear twice.
Current solution:
Please sign out of one of the calendars — we recommend signing out of Google Calendar first.
This will stop the duplicated events immediately.
Update:
Our technical team is actively developing a fix, and a software patch will be released in a future update to fully resolve this issue.
Due to platform limitations, calendars imported via URL (iCal link) have an inherent delay in refresh determined by the external calendar service.
To update immediately, you can use our one-click refresh feature.
Refresh Method:
1.Open the Apolosign app on your phone
2.Tap the "meatball" menu in the upper right corner
3.Scroll down and select the calendar you imported
4.Tap "Refresh Calendar"
This will immediately sync the latest events from your external calendar.
This happens because “Photo fill screen” is enabled. To fix it, go to Screensaver APP→ Enter Photos Settings, then turn off (uncheck) “Photo fill screen.” This will display the full photo without cropping.
- Open the Screen Saver app.
- Select Picture mode.
- Tap Edit Local Media.
- Tap the “+” button.
- Choose the photos you want to display from your Google Photos.
- After selecting, tap Done.
- Tap preview
The screen saver will now only show the photos you selected.
