
Shipping Policy
1. Free Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and certain remote mountainous areas.
All orders within our delivery range are eligible for free standard ground shipping.
2. Handling & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship from our Los Angeles warehouse, though orders may be fulfilled from alternate warehouses depending on stock availability.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

Please note:
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you are using an APO/FPO address, your shipment will be delivered via USPS.

4. Duties & Taxes
Apolosign is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may be incurred.
Currently, we do not ship internationally, so such charges should not apply.
5. Address Changes & Order Modification
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a change of address by contacting our support team.
Once your order has been shipped, address changes must be requested via email and are subject to carrier rules and possible extra charges.

6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, we may deduct the original shipping and return costs from your refund.
